That’s where investigators got a call about a man chasing a child with injuries.
Responding officers found the child, 6, and took him to a local hospital for treatment and found him to be in fair condition. However, as the investigation went on, Sheriff Gonzalez said they found a total of six children living “in what was described as deplorable conditions.”
The children’s ages ranged from 7 months - 11 years old. Deputies brought the children food and arrested their mother, Elizabeth Martinez, and a man, Enterio Coronado. The mother was charged with Injury to a Child, while Coronado was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. It’s unclear what his relationship is to the children.
and bought the kids food. CPS has been advised and is assisting. The mother, Elizabeth Martinez (4-16-87) has been charged with Injury to a Child and Enterio Coronado (5-5-99) with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
