HOUSTON – As everyone prepares for Tropical Storm Beryl to make landfall Monday, the Houston SPCA said it moved 18 rescued horses from their remote rehabilitation property to their Equine Rehabilitation Center on the Houston SPCA campus.
Currently, they have a total of 24 horses, three pigs, 12 chickens and a peacock in their care.
