Harris County Sheriff’s Office busted a group of five burglars whose heist went off-track near the 1500 block of Aldine Bender.

Equipped with a sledgehammer, tire iron, and crowbar, the robbers made off with items including speakers, cigarettes, and toilet paper.

The eclectic mix of stolen goods made for an amusing discovery by the HCSO. The unidentified burglars were quickly apprehended, and the stolen items were recovered.

The incident serves as a reminder that crime doesn’t pay—especially when your loot includes toilet paper.
