A man was shot while walking down the road after being approached by another man on a motorcycle in west Houston.
The motorcyclist fired multiple shots, striking the victim once in the neck.

The incident happened at 4:30 a.m. at the 1300 block of Witte.
Despite his injury, the man is stable and expected to survive. He was able to provide police with a detailed description of the suspect.
Houston Police Department officers quickly located the suspect and arrested him via a traffic stop. The suspect is now in custody as the investigation continues.
