An attorney asked, “Have you ever met with any crowd safety experts?”
Scott responded, “Not that I -- no, I don’t think so. I don’t -- I don’t think so.”
The conversation then turned to the shows Scott has performed since the deadly concert. He confirmed with the lawyer that he has done 10 to 20 shows, adding, “You can look it up online.”
The attorney then asked, “Were all of them part of your Live Nation tour agreement?”
Scott replied, “Probably -- I don’t know, and it wasn’t a tour.”
The lawyer further questioned, “And you’d agree that Live Nation was, along with XX Global, your entity, the co-promoter for Astroworld 2021?”
Scott responded, “Yeah.”
Following that line of questioning, Scott was asked if he had any meetings with anyone from NRG Park before or after the Astroworld Festival.
Scott said, “No.”
He then confirmed an interview clip he did, and that concluded the deposition.
