HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department has released surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in connection to a deadly shooting which killed a 14-year-old boy in the Spring Branch area over the weekend.

Abraham Choukair was killed after being shot in a vehicle at 8800 Hammerly Blvd. at around 12:45 p.m. Saturday.

Police found Choukair in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle with a gunshot wound. He was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.
During the preliminary investigation, police determined Choukair was last seen in the parking lot talking to a woman who was followed by an unknown male suspect.
The suspect is described only as a Hispanic male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue pants, black sandals and a black and white Nike backpack. He was last seen running further into an apartment complex along with the woman.
