HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department has released surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in connection to a deadly shooting which killed a 14-year-old boy in the Spring Branch area over the weekend.
Abraham Choukair was killed after being shot in a vehicle at 8800 Hammerly Blvd. at around 12:45 p.m. Saturday.
Police found Choukair in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle with a gunshot wound. He was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.
Abraham Choukair (Family of Abraham Choukair) During the preliminary investigation, police determined Choukair was last seen in the parking lot talking to a woman who was followed by an unknown male suspect.
The suspect is described only as a Hispanic male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue pants, black sandals and a black and white Nike backpack. He was last seen running further into an apartment complex along with the woman.
