Water main break causes Space Center Houston to close Tuesday

HOUSTON – Space Center Houston says they will be closed on Tuesday due to a water main break.

“Our priority is the safety and well-being of our guests and crew members, and we are prepared to take the necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment,” Space Center Houston said.

Those with reservations who may have any questions are asked to contact the Reservations Department via email or call 281-283-4755. All tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

They said Space U and Explorer Camps will not be in session. Program participants should e-mail reservations@spacecenter.org to review options.

“Operating status updates will be communicated through our official social media channels at @spacecenterhou on Instagram, @spacecenterhouston on Facebook, and the Space Center Houston website. We thank our guests for their understanding and apologize for the inconvenience,” Space Center Houston said.
