Crime Stoppers, Houston police offer $5,000 reward for information on Brittany Guidry’s killer

Crime Stoppers of Houston and the Houston Police Department will hold a press conference today to request public assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Brittany Guidry.

Investigators will update the public on the case and family members will speak to the media today at 10 a.m.

On Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at noon, Brittany Guidry and another individual were shot while sitting in a parked vehicle outside a convenience store in the 7400 block of Calhoun Rd. in Houston.

An unknown man approached the driver’s side of the vehicle and opened fire, striking Guidry multiple times and the other victim in the leg. Guidry died at the scene. The suspect fled in an unknown vehicle in an unknown direction.
