Back on July 16, officials said a driver, later identified as Ginger Williams, 52, was accused of driving while intoxicated after she crashed into 3 Harris County Precinct 4 patrol cars. In a social media post by Constable Mark Herman, the three vehicles were parked at the West District substation on Malcomson Rd. near Louetta.

The crash resulted in thousands of dollars in damage but she has since been released on bond. However, Constable Herman says this is Williams’ fifth DWI and actually just completed her probation period for her fourth DWI.
Court records also show Williams having a lengthy rap sheet, dating back to 1996. The charges she’s faced include assault and criminal mischief.

Williams’ last crash in mid-July caused her and her passenger to be hospitalized. During the investigation, that’s when authorities learned she had previous DWI convictions on her record and booked her in jail after she was medically cleared.
