21-year-old woman found safe after Houston kidnapping incident, police investigating

Houston police are investigating the early morning kidnapping of 21-year-old Jada Robinson, who has since been found safe.

Early Tuesday morning, authorities say that Robinson was kidnapped from her home in the 4200 Block of Jarmese. According to the Houston Police Department, a call was dropped at 12:30 a.m. reporting people fighting in the street.

By 2 a.m., a BOLO alert was issued for a kidnapping involving a black SUV with several suspects.

Witnesses reported that someone broke into Robinson’s house, forcibly removed her, and took her away in an older model black Tahoe. The connection between the initial street fight and the kidnapping is currently unknown.

HPD is investigating the incident and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
