HOUSTON – Houston’s most anticipated foodie event of the year, Houston Restaurant Weeks, kicks off on August 1 and runs through Labor Day.
For 35 days, diners can enjoy specially priced, multi-course prix fixe menus for brunch ($25), lunch ($25), or dinner ($39 or $55) at a variety of popular restaurants, with proceeds benefiting the Houston Food Bank. Each meal generates donations that help provide up to 21 meals for those in need, making it a delicious way to support a great cause.

Cleverley Stone, known as “The Diva of Dining,” founded HRW in 2003 to combat hunger in Houston. Her initiative, “Dine Out & Do Good,” transformed August from the worst to the most profitable month for local restaurants, making HRW the city’s largest annual fundraiser. After her passing in 2020, her daughter Katie Stone continued her legacy by producing HRW and Eat Drink HTX to support Houstonians in need.
