HOUSTON – Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s life will be celebrated Thursday by leaders and advocates from politics, religion, social justice, criminal justice, Civil Rights, workers’ rights, HBCUs and SJL’s Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.

Sheila Jackson Lee’s family, including her son and daughter, will reflect on her life.
