Investigators later reviewed security footage from a nearby business that painted a picture on what happened during the incident. The hit-and-run crash involved a blue 2020 Dodge Challenger, which had actually happened the previous night.

The crash went unreported until a passerby discovered the victim the next morning.

The suspect, identified as Kelon Wilson, is wanted for failure to stop and render aid resulting in death and has been issued a no-bond order. Authorities urge anyone with information on Wilson’s whereabouts to contact the Harris County Constable’s Office.
