According to Evans’ family, Blue had a history of making threats towards Evans and his wife, indicating that the shooting was premeditated and not in self-defense.
Tammy Evans, Attorney Tanika J. Solomon, and Carolyn Okorafor spoke at the press conference, calling for the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office to upgrade the current charge and add another charge to ensure Blue faces appropriate consequences for her actions.
