Authorities are awaiting autopsy results after a man was found dead in a southwestern Houston apartment.
Wednesday night at around 10:50 p.m., officials with the Houston Police and Fire Departments responded to a welfare check at an apartment complex located at 2630 Tanglewilde Street.

After nobody responded in the unit, police and paramedics entered and found a 34-year-old man unresponsive on the floor. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, the investigation is pending on the results of the autopsy.
