HOUSTON – Police are working to figure out who shot a man outside a northeast Houston Bar.
Sgt. Riggs with the Houston Police Department said they were called to Club Fragrance on Laura Koppe Road and Sandra Street around 12:45 a.m.

Preliminary details from Sgt. Riggs are that two men were fighting inside the bar and at some point, they made their way outside. There was another fight outside and that’s when one of them shot the other.
The man who was shot is in stable condition according to Sgt, Riggs. The gunman fled the scene and police are trying to figure out who he is.
