HOUSTON – A house caught on fire Sunday night in north Harris County.
It happened in the 5700 block of Chippewa Blvd. where the Northwest Volunteer Fire Department responded at 9:30 p.m.

One firefighter had to be taken to the hospital after suffering a sprain/strain injury. Officials said the unidentified firefighter was, at last check, in stable condition and no other injuries were reported.
The Little York Fire Department also assisted with this residential fire.
The cause of the fire is unknown, as of this writing, but is being investigated by the Harris County Fire Marshals Office (HCFMO).
