LA PORTE, Texas – Investigators in La Porte need your help identifying a man seen on ATM surveillance footage withdrawing money with a stolen debit card.

According to a social media post from La Porte PD, the man used the stolen debit card from ‘an elderly victim” at two separate ATMs in the Houston area in March 2024. At the ATMs, investigators say the man withdrew about $1,400 with the debit card.
