Woman charged in connection to Montgomery County animal cruelty investigation

CUT AND SHOOT, Texas – A Montgomery County woman has been charged in connection to an animal cruelty investigation.

Alexandra Bravo is charged with cruelty to non-livestock animals. She has since been released from jail on a $3,000 bond.

The arrest comes after investigators with the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office executed a search warrant at a property on Chasewood Court in Cut and Shoot on Aug. 6. Investigators were able to obtain the warrant after receiving information that possible animal cruelty was taking place at the property.

Investigators searched the property and found evidence consistent with animal remains. The remains were sent for forensic examination.
