SAN JACINTO COUNTY, Texas – A man was taken to the hospital and another man was arrested after a fight at a boat ramp in San Jacinto County Saturday.
The San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office said it happened near the boat ramp at Browder’s Marina.

Authorities say two men got into an argument at the boat ramp which escalated into a physical fight.
During the fight, one of the men allegedly stabbed the other man in the eye with a sharp object, causing serious injury. The suspect then fled the scene.
A short time later, law enforcement spotted a vehicle matching the description of the suspect’s and pulled it over.
The suspect was taken into custody and taken to the San Jacinto County Jail. His name has not been released at this time, but authorities say he is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
