That’s why FEMA announced it has officially opened a Disaster Recovery Center in Harris County to provide individual help to Texans impacted by the severe weather.

The center will be held at BakerRipley East Aldine Campus on Aldine Mail Route Rd. (Building C, Rooms 115 & 116) in east Harris County. Here is the exact location:

It will be open Monday - Saturday, from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. when residents can seek help with both Beryl assistance as well as storms/flooding from April 26 - June 5.

No appointment is necessary and all centers are accessible to people with disabilities or assistive technology. To shorten the wait times, however, FEMA says it encourages Texans to apply online, by phone at 1-800-621-3362, or FEMA’s app.
