HOUSTON – In a heartwarming gesture, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has granted a young fan’s dream by inviting him to the Houston Texans’ practice this week.

The youngster Lucas Connor is a devoted admirer of NFL star Stefon Diggs and had the unique opportunity to witness the team in action up close.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation, renowned for making dreams come true for children with critical illnesses, created the moment to try and bring joy and excitement to the young fan.

After the practice, Lucas appeared on our KPRC 2 to talk about his experience with the players.
When asked why he chose this to be his wish, Lucas said, “I always followed Steffon Diggs since he was a Viking.” He added that he’s just a huge fan of the football sensation.
Lucas, who lives in Wisconsin, said that he became a fan of Diggs because he really likes receivers.
