Police looking to identify shoplifters responsible for stealing almost $2K worth of alcohol from Cypress liquor store

Authorities are searching for four women accused of stealing nearly $2,000 worth of alcohol from a Cypress liquor store.

On Aug. 21, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the reported theft from a Spec’s Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods store in Cypress. The store’s employees reported that the crime occurred at 3:09 p.m. on Aug. 20.

Four women entered the store and stole 47 total liquor bottles, good for $1,900 worth of booze. They then fled the scene in a black sedan without license plates.

The suspects were recorded on the store’s security camera as they ran out of the store.
