HOUSTON – Police say they have a teenager in custody after four siblings were shot inside their southeast Houston home. Two more shooters remain at large.
The siblings – ages 10, 12, 15, and 16 – were attacked last Thursday in their home on Collier Street and Carrolton Street right near Brays Bayou a little after 9 p.m.

Preliminary details from the Houston Police Department were the shooting stemmed from a dispute with one of the 15-year-old gunmen “via social media.” The gunman told them to meet one of the victims, also 15, at a “predetermined location, which the victim refused to do so.”
That’s why the gunman, along with two others, arrived at the victim’s home and began banging on the door. When the 15-year-old victim opened the door, police said all three fired several rounds and fled before police arrived.

HPD said the four siblings were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A relative told KPRC 2′s T.J. Parker the two brothers and two sisters are all siblings. They said the 15-year-old boy was shot in the stomach and he was in the ICU Friday morning with a breathing tube.
An update on their condition was not disclosed by police.
Police are still looking for two other shooters, identified only as Hispanic males. Because the 15-year-old gunman is a minor, police are not releasing his name or a mugshot but said he is charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
