NEW CANEY – A man who vanished after leaving his New Caney home for a walk on August 31 has been found safe.

Juan Comacho was last seen leaving his residence near the 20000 block of Tommy Salas Road in New Caney. Comacho, known for taking short walks in the neighborhood, left around 12:30 p.m.
Sunday evening, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said Comacho was found safe in Houston and has been reunited with his family.
“A huge thank you to all the amazing individuals who took part in the search for Mr. Camacho and helped bring him back unharmed,” the sheriff’s office said.
