On Monday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced the state was offering a $10,000 reward in addition to the $5,000 reward offered by Crime Stoppers for information leading to the arrest of Beckett’s killer.
Beckett served in the U.S. Navy. His friends and family described him as a “very caring man” with his daughter saying he was the kindest and funniest man you’d ever meet.
