Houston police are seeking the public’s help to identify two suspects involved in a violent robbery at a convenience store on Bissonnet Street.
The incident happened on Sunday, July 28 around 5:30 a.m., when an unknown man and woman approached a convenience store in the 6800 block of Bissonnet Street.

The man, armed with a handgun, threw a rock at the store’s glass door, shattering it. The pair then entered the store, with the man pointing the handgun at the store clerk while demanding money from the cash register.
The store clerk locked herself in an enclosed area behind the cash register, preventing the suspects from accessing the cash. Frustrated, the suspects began taking various items from the store before fleeing the scene on foot.
The man is described as wearing a black Nike shirt, black pants, and a black cap. The woman is described as wearing a gray pullover, camo pants, and carrying a multicolored backpack.
Anyone with information about this robbery is urged to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston. Information that leads to the charging or arrest of the suspects could result in a cash reward of up to $5,000.
