According to HPD Homicide Division Detectives L. Lovelace and M. Hughey, patrol officers responded to reports of a shooting around 10 p.m. on March 22. When they arrived, officers said they found Kallie lying unresponsive in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived shortly afterward and confirmed Kallie died at the scene.
