Officers from the Memorial Village Police Department said the man’s phone was still pinging in the vicinity of his boat.

Seabrook officers arrived at the yacht club and found the man’s boat. They saw his phone and other personal belongings on the dock by the boat, but the man was not on the boat or found in the area.
