18-wheeler’s ruptured fuel tank causing delays for drivers coming in from Baytown

Some drivers this Friday morning are not having a great start as traffic is backed up due to an 18-wheeler crash.

Details are limited, but Houston police say a big rig facing the wrong way on I-10 east toward I-45 N ruptured its fuel tank after hitting a barrier.
