An 18-wheeler carrying a load got stuck under a pedestrian bridge in Houston.
The overpass that the truck struck crosses into NRG Park.

The situation was announced shortly after 5:40 p.m. Saturday evening on 610 South Loop Westbound. The right shoulder, right lane and center lane on 610 are all closed as first responders address the issue.

At around 9:50 p.m., TxDOT updated the situation, saying that the tanker had been removed from under the freeway and is in the process of being removed from the highway. Cleanup crews are present on the highway trying to clear the road of debris.
The oversized tanker is currently being backed up on I-610. And it has been removed from under the pedestrian bridge near Fannin going westbound.
