Parents of child found wandering alone in Katy area located

KATY – UPDATE: The Harris County Sheriff’s Office says the child’s parents have been located.

We are removing the child’s photo since they have been found.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding the family of a boy who was found alone Monday.

District 4 Patrol Deputies said they found the child wandering alone in the 4200 block of Tristan Ridge Lane in the Katy area.

Officials believe the child is between three and 5-years-old.
