SPRING, Texas – A woman who was already wanted by law enforcement has other charges filed against her during a recent arrest in Spring, according to Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
Damaris Portillo, 33, is facing felony charges for harassment of a public servant. A bond has not been set.

Responding officers detained Portillo and she was found to be intoxicated, officials said.
Medical personnel responded to evaluate Portillo and while being restrained in the ambulance, she allegedly spit in a deputy’s eye.
It was further revealed that Portillo also had an open warrant for what investigators described as, “Fail to Identify to a Police Officer Fugitive.”

She was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail.
