A large, multi-car accident has caused a complete roadway closure for nearly an hour on a Houston highway.
The accident occurred on IH-69 Eastex Southbound at Greens Rd. and was reported just before 8:30 p.m. on Saturday night. All of the main lanes and both the left and right shoulders were closed, but they have since been reopened.

One person has been transported to a nearby hospital, but the conditions of those involved are available at this time.
