Customers with Bank of America reporting system outages, trouble accessing accounts

Customers with Bank of America are reporting system outages and trouble accessing their accounts Wednesday.

According to Downdetector, reports from customers having trouble with their accounts spiked just before noon on Wednesday.

Many customers complained they could not see their account balances and some who could reported seeing a balance of zero, according to CNN.

Bank of America has yet to comment on the outages.
