The constable’s office says they executed a search and arrest warrant at a Harris County home on Wednesday. The multi-agency operation also included Houston Police Department’s ICAC Division, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

The warrants were the results of an investigation which revealed two juvenile victims were allegedly being sexually abused by Mullen. The constable’s office says Mullen was actively chatting online about his assaults on the victims.

“The investigation led to an arrest warrant for Mullen related to the sexual abuse that occurred in the jurisdiction of Montgomery County. The residential search warrant led to the recovery and rescue of two juvenile victims,” the constable’s office said.

Mullen is being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
