610 North Loop fully reopens after heavy truck loses tanker

HOUSTON – TxDOT says all eastbound mainlanes of I-610 North Loop have reopened after a heavy truck lost a tanker during a crash Monday morning.

The heavy truck apparently lost its tanker, which ended up on I-69 Eastex southbound at I-610 North Loop.
