Three suspects are wanted after an altercation over a shoe escalated, resulting in the theft of a firearm from a business on North Sam Houston Parkway.
The incident happened on July 24 at around 6 p.m. in the 400 block of North Sam Houston Parkway East.

According to the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division, the store owner recognized the three suspects as the same individuals who had stolen several pairs of shoes from his business on July 16.

When he confronted them and began recording the encounter on his phone, one suspect claimed that his mother was coming to pay for the stolen merchandise. While distracting the complainant with his phone, another suspect grabbed a firearm from the store owner’s back pocket.
The suspect then aimed the stolen weapon at the store owner, prompting him to flee. All three suspects quickly left the scene in a silver Chevrolet HHR.
The suspects are all described as being between 17 and 20 years old, approximately 5′10″ and 150 pounds. They were last seen wearing a black shirt and white pants, a white shirt and black pants, and a red shirt and blue jeans.
