Man who choked emergency room staff wanted by Pct. 4 deputies

A man who was recently released from jail is wanted again by deputies after allegedly choking an emergency room hospital staff.

Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman posted on Facebook about the incident involving Cody Guajardo.

Herman said on Oct. 8, deputies responded to Memorial Herman Hospital located in the 27800 block of Northwest Freeway after an emergency room staff member said they were choked by Guajardo.

“Cody Guajardo is currently wanted by law enforcement for Assaulting Hospital Personnel. His bond has not been set out of the 496th District Court. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement.” Constable Mark Herman posted.
