HOUSTON – Mayor John Whitmire will hold a news conference Thursday to address what has only been described as “serious allegations” of conflicts of interest at City Hall.
The news conference will be held at 11 a.m., during which the mayor will address those allegations and detail “his plan to ensure transparency and accountability.”
