Person killed in crash in southeast Houston

HOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a person was killed in crash Thursday in southeast Houston.

The accident was reported at 2:05 p.m. in the 6700 block of Navigation Boulevard near Wayside Drive.

Detail about the crash has not been released but SKY 2 aerials show a cement truck and a bicycle on the ground.

Drivers are asked to seek an alternative route while crews clear the scene.
