HOUSTON – Houston Attorney Tony Buzbee’s law firm has filed more lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on behalf of seven people who allege they were subjected to sexual abuse at the hands of Combs.

Combs has been behind bars since his arrest on Sept. 16. He was charged with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, some allegations listed against him dating back to 2008. He pled not guilty to the charges.

Earlier this month, Buzbee filed his first batch of civil lawsuits against Combs. In the first batch, Buzbee filed suit on behalf of six people. Overall, Buzbee says he is representing 120 accusers who have come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against Combs. The lawsuits are not part of a class action but will be pursued individually, with each case filed based on its own merits, according to Buzbee.

In this batch of lawsuits, four of the seven alleged victims are male while three of the alleged victims are female. One of the alleged victims was also 17 and another 13 when the alleged acts occurred.

“The cases are being brought for conduct that occurred as far back as the year 2000, but most of the events described occurred in the year 2022. The egregious conduct set out in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas,” Buzbee said on Facebook.

Buzbee said the law firm expects to be filing cases weekly naming Combs and others as defendants as the law firm continues to gather evidence and prepare the filings.
