HOUSTON – Residents in Houston’s south side tell KPRC 2 they’ve dealt with persistent illegal dumping.

The South Park Super Neighborhood President Travis McGee reached out to KPRC 2′s Rilwan Balogun to help.
“The city will never fix the illegal dumping problem because they simply don’t enforce it,” McGee told Balogun.
