According to court documents, on Oct. 23, Rossow left her children—ages 6, 7, 9, 10, and 12—alone in the vacant trailer with no access to water, electricity, or gas.

The trailer was reportedly in poor and hazardous condition, lacking air conditioning, heating, and food.

Additionally, the children were described as inadequately clothed, hungry, and thirsty when discovered.

She has since posted a $10,000 bond.
