HOUSTON – A bar owner was killed, and an employee was injured in a shooting in North Houston.
It happened outside a bar along the North Freeway near Coronado Street at about 2:45 a.m. Sunday.

Police said the owner and employee heard a fight outside the bar and went to check it out, before someone shot them.
The owner was killed.
The employee was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
It’s unclear who shot them.
No arrests have been made.
