HOUSTON, Texas – If you love watching YouTube like most millennials and GenZers, then you may have heard of the breakup between YouTube stars and influencer Corey Corey Pritchett Jr. and Chestine Washington, better known online as BigBankDanni.

The couple has now found themselves in a legal dispute after Pritchett’s attorney sent Washington a cease and desist letter alleging that she attacked and defamed Pritchett as well as leaked his bank information and social security number across multiple social media platforms.

According to the attorneys, Pritchett, who has over 15 million followers across all social media platforms including over 917,000 subscribers to his Life With CoreySSG YouTube channel, has been the victim of repeated attacks from Washington since Oct. 19, 2024 following the couple’s split.

Pritchett claims that since his information was leaked, more than $200,000 was stolen from his bank account before he was able to freeze the account.

The Cease and Desist letter says these attacks constitute a serious violation of Pritchett’s rights including Invasion of Privacy, Defamation, Slander and Libel.

The letter goes on to demand that Washington not only stop making the attacks, but also remove the defamatory posts, especially those containing personal and financial information, within 10 days. Failure to do so could result in additional legal action including a possible lawsuit.

“Too often people treat social media like it’s some game where they can say and do whatever they want,” said Nathaniel Mack, Pitchett’s attorney. " Chestine Washington didn’t write Corey Pritchett’s phone number on a bathroom stall. She posted his bank account and his social security number on the internet for all to see. That isn’t a game. It’s a crime.”
