Man grazed in ear after multiple shots fired in road rage shooting near The Woodlands

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Authorities in Montgomery County say a man has been hospitalized after he was grazed by a bullet during a road rage shooting.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says it happened in the 500 block of Sawdust Road.

Authorities say one man fired multiple shots at another man’s vehicle. A man was grazed in the ear by a bullet and was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

“Deputies have located all parties involved, and they are fully cooperating with the investigation. This is an isolated incident involving only the two males and no additional suspects or victims are being sought,” the sheriff’s office said.

All westbound lanes of Sawdust Rd. at Buddle Rd. have been shut down as authorities continue their investigation.

Authorities say detectives are currently conducting interviews with the parties involved as well as any witnesses. They are also canvassing the area for video surveillance.

Sky 2 Chopper captured the police activity at the intersection.

There is no word if anyone has been taken into custody at this time.
