It’s unclear what exactly led up to the stabbing, but Sgt. Sidney Miller with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said during a news conference they have had previous calls from the home but didn’t detail what those were in reference to.
Sgt. Miller did however, mention the wife called 911 around 5:30 a.m. saying her husband took off with her car. Pct. 4 deputy constables came to the house around 6 a.m, where they found her, dead from several stab wounds. She has not been identified, as of this writing, but is described as in her 40s.
There was also two children, 8 and 11, as well as another woman inside the home who saw what happened but were unharmed. The woman’s husband, also, was not inside the home. However, Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman confirmed on social media that he was found at a gas station in the Klein area on Spring Cypress Drive and then brought back to the crime scene.
When they arrived, Sheriff Gonzalez said officers found an unidentified woman stabbed to death “allegedly by her husband.” Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman, also on social media, said the man was found at a gas station in the Klein area on Spring Cypress Drive.
