Two people have been found dead by authorities in what is believed to be a murder-suicide in a Katy apartment.
Officials with Harris County Sheriff’s Office were alerted to the scene during a standard welfare check. The call dropped just after 4 p.m., and they arrived at the scene around 4:30 p.m.
