HOUSTON – FBI Houston needs help identifying a man they believe has information about a child victim in a case of sexual exploitation. The man, identified only as John Doe 49, is not currently facing charges.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) shared screenshots from a video believed to be produced on or before July 2024. The video lacks specific information for authorities to pinpoint the exact date it was made.

- Word “Dabby” on the right chest
- “197” followed by possible additional text on the left bicep
- Additional tattoos on left and right forearms and right bicep
